In the summer 2024, I read The Beauty of Dusk: On Vision Lost and Found Hardcover – by Frank Bruni. I had read his NYT columns on occasion and recalled some mention of health issues. If you or loved ones have a disability, this is a good read. I happened to read it during the Paralympic’s, as well, reading all the amazing stories about athletes who had one or more disabilities. At the same time, I was reading Victor Frankl’s books on life. Interesting comparisons on ways one can successfully handle what the world, nature or bad luck brings you.
